I-15 traffic crawls past hotspots

Cars are moving cautiously on Interstate 15 because of smoke in the air. A
Caltrans vehicle was inspecting a patch of smoldering roadside just north of
Bernardo Center Road, but no flames were visible.

Cars were driving past charred hillsides, where sprinklers were helping keep the ground wet.
